The QX 36 is the most affordable, wide-coverage rollformer on the US market today,
available in either AG or R Panel configuration. An exit shear gives you straight panels
every time without the need for time-consuming adjustments.
The QX 36 utilizes a worm gear drive system and 16 roll stations to form panels in a crisp
and efficient manner. The heart of the machine is built around massive 3-inch, inductionhardened
shafts to eliminate deflection over time. Chromed tooling ensures long life and
quick production speeds of up to 110 feet per minute.
The Engage Quantum X36 —AG or PBR Panel Rollformer
The standard control on the machine is a Mitsubishi PLC which gives you the ability to program
multiple batches. It is an easy-to-use control developed for the machine. It is the
most user-friendly control on Ag or R panel machines in the market. Because the control is
programmed by Engage parts are available immediately for repair of the shelf in the US.
The Engage Quantum — C&Z Purlin Rollforming Machine
The Engage QCZ is the most affordable rollforming solution for the production of cees and
zees in the North American sheet metal marketplace. The machine is the product of a hybrid
manufacturing process whereby frames are built in Asia and electrical and final assembly
is completed in Georgia.
The QCZ is capable of rollforming galvanized and red iron in a range from 11ga crs to 16
gauge crs. The tooling can be changed mechanically in about 45 minutes allowing the
owner to produce two profiles without the added cost of a rafted machine. The machine is
composed of four components: a decoiler that feeds material out, a 12-station rollforming
machine, a straightening device and finally a heavy duty exit shear.
The machine’s SKD 11 roll tooling, mounted on 3 inch shafts is driven by a massive 75 HP
drive system. This allows the machine to form 11 gauge sheet metal with ease and reliability.
The shafts on the machine are made of SKD45. Forming power is transmitted from the PLC
controlled motor through worm gear reduction drives thereby ensuring that there is no
slipped scuffing or scarring on the surface of the material.
The Engage Quantum T —Tile Machine
The cementatious tile market in the US has seen drastic shortages in recent years. This
has led to ever-escalating prices and a rationing of product, which in turn has led to growth
in the use of Sheet Metal Tile panels. There are less than 10 of these machines in the US
market, so there is huge growth potential. The advantage of a metal tile roof is that they
can be used as a reroof product unlike cementatious tiles. Plus metal is resistant to mold
and less expensive than cementatious tiles.
The Quantum ST — Stud Rollformer Machine
The Quantum ST stud machine from Engage is capable of producing stud and track systems at the rate
of 100 feet per minute with a flying shear. The machine, as an option, can be fitted with equipment that
will allow it to run 180 feet per minute. The Quantum ST is the perfect solution for the mid size manufacturer.
It can produce studs from 18 to 26 gauge in widths of 3 5/8 inches, 4, 6, and 8 inches.
The Vantage Trim Rollformer VTR Machine

The Vantage Trim Rollformer is one of the first machines to allow customers who need to
produce large amounts of trim on an on-going basis do so for a minimum investment. The
machine is a marvel of platform engineering, able to produce a multitude of shapes all on
the same platform.
Model L-20

The Engage Pittsburgh rollformer can form the standard Pittsburgh S lock. The machine can be fitted with optional rolls to make cleats, ACME seam and right angle rollers.
