The 16 ga Enforcer TS is the perfect slit and cut to length machine for customers who need to decoil, slit and cut-to-length light gauge sheet metal.  The infeed system uses three guide rollers that feed the material into two fully rubberized 2.75 inch pinch rolls. The pinch rollers evenly pull material from a decoiler without slip or twist. The machine slits material and cuts it to length with a guillotine shear, perfect for stacking.

The Enforcer AL -- Lower Cost Enforcer with Rotary Shear

The Enforcer AL is the perfect machine for customers who run one shift.  Because run direction on a slitter is vital, we give you 4 options to choose from.   The 48” in feed system uses three guide rollers that feed the material into two fully rubberized 2.75 inch pinch rolls. The machine cuts to length with a rotary cross cut shear that is accurate and quick but the price advantage of a rotary shear makes this the most affordable option on the market. 

PSA Automated Slitter with Optional Auto Coil System

The Engage PSA from Forstner is the most innovative, beautifully engineered slitting solution in the architectural sheet metal industry. The ultimate threat to profitability in any component business is the creation of scrap. The PSA system has been designed to give manufacturers the best opportunity to avoid scrap, by eliminating some of the variables associated with a normal slitter. Because the PSA knives, both the locations and gaps, are set by PLC control and servo rather that by an operator doing math on scrap paper the PSA can all but eliminate scrap in the slitting process.

KSA Curve & Taper Slitting Line

The KSA from Forstner offers easy slitting in traditional linear fashion, spherical, tapered and elliptical. In fact it can cut more ways that I can think of adjectives.  The machine can be purchased with either 1 or 2 sets of 90° pivoting blades. The knife angle as well as travel is controlled by servo motors so you get a perfectly repeatable part. The dimension of the part are easily set in the intuitive graphic control.

Auto Coil Selector System

The Enforcer Recoiling System is an integrated machinery solution for customers who want to recoil sheet metal and keep excellent quality. It can be hooked up to any slitter that produces straight slit material.

This recoiling systems allow customers to accomplish three things: capture the gross margin that service centers charge for slitting coils, reduce the need for multiple coil inventory and allow customers to manage down their overall inventory.

The Enforcer ACS integrates with almost all the Forstner lines of slitters.  It is an automated coil loading system.  It speeds the slowest part of slitting, the loading and unloading of coils. There are three components to the unit, an RM coil selector, a series of guide lanes and a multiple number of decoilers.  It can dramatically increase your productivity.
